Overview

ACPs In Training is a reference and educational tool for paramedic students. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we do and do not collect.

No User Input Data Is Saved

We do not store any patient data or calculator inputs. All values you enter — including age, weight, date of birth, and any clinical parameters — are processed entirely within your device and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. When you close or reset the app, all inputs are discarded.

Account Information

To access the app, you may log in with an account. We store only the minimum information required to authenticate you (e.g. your email address and role). This data is used solely to provide access to the app and is never sold or shared with third parties.

Case Studies Content

Case study content (questions, answers, explanations) is stored on our servers and served to you when you use the Case Studies feature. Your responses to case study questions are not recorded or retained.

Error Reports

If you voluntarily submit an error report using the in-app reporting tool, the description you provide is stored so we can investigate and resolve the issue. No other data is attached to error reports.

Analytics

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (such as which pages are visited) to help improve the app. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

Clinical Disclaimer

This app is intended as a reference aid only. It does not replace clinical judgment, training, or local medical protocols. Always follow your regional guidelines and consult medical direction as required.
